​This clamp attaches a tom clamp (CL945B, etc.) or cymbal holder (CH755, etc.) to the hex-shaped pipe and is compatible with 22.2mm diameter pipes. 
Its vertical angle is freely adjustable. 

Get A Grip 

HEXRACKII clamps get a rock solid grip on the rails with a synthetic sleeve that fits between the clamp and the rail. As the clamp tightens, it compresses the sleeve to establish a solid grip.
