Introduction

Protection of personal data and the confidentiality of our customers when visiting our web page occupy an important place and it is essential for the security and activity of OT "Profi Sound" Ltd.

"Personal Data" means information about you, in particular your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and postal address. OT "Profi Sound" Ltd. collects, processes and uses the personal data you provide to the extent necessary.

When visiting www.music-center.bg, all your data published on the website are completely confidential, protected and used only for the needs of the site - to process and deliver an order, establish contact with you, deliver information in the form of an information newsletter, to establish, execute or terminate contracts or gender contractual relationships with you in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

"Profi Sound" Ltd. undertakes to protect and store the personal information of its customers, to refrain from unethical practices on the Internet, and not to provide your data to third parties.

Within the framework of this declaration for the protection of personal data, we would like to inform you about the use of your data on the website www.music-center.bg

2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is information that can be attributed to you. These include data such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

When visiting our website, additional information is also required, such as your IP address, which your Internet service provider assigns to your computer when connecting to the Internet, or information about the website from which you saw our offer and your internet browser (technical information). Individual elements of this technical information may constitute personal data. The use of this information is solely for the purpose of the operation or protection of our website from infringements and abuses, as well as in anonymized form for statistical purposes.


3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data only in compliance with the relevant applicable legal provisions and the present guidelines on the protection of personal data in order to be able to offer you the information, products and services you want. Going beyond this framework, your personal data is processed, individually with your consent.


To process offers/orders, we need the following data:


    First and last name, including VAT number, if any;

    Invoice address;

    Delivery address including details of delivery time, delivery capability etc.;

    Date of birth;

    Phone number to ensure delivery;

    Email address.

The employees who process your data is contractually obligated to use the personal information of our customers only for the specified type of service, to protect and store your data confidentially.


Pseudonymous User Profiles

Within the framework of the legal provisions, we may - for the purpose of advertising, market research and to structure our services in accordance with the needs of our customers - create and analyze user profiles under pseudonyms, but only if you have not exercised your legal right under to object to such use of your personal data at any time (see the instructions on the right to object below as well as in the following sections).


Use of cookies

In order to make visiting our site attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called "cookies" on our pages. They serve to make our site more accessible and more efficient. In this way, we can offer an improved user experience and better understand the requirements and preferences of customers on our site.

Retargeting:

Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google uses this information on our behalf to analyze your user behavior and to prepare reports on site activity and to provide additional services related to site use and Internet use to the site operator. The IP address provided within Google Analytics by your browser is not combined with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. Google Ads:

This website uses Google AdWords, an analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer ("Conversion Cookie") if you reached our website via a Google advertising format. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain of our websites and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that someone has clicked on an ad box and thus been redirected to our page.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to compile statistics on the behavior of AdWords users who have chosen conversion tracking. We do not receive information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want your activity to be tracked, you can refuse the placement of a cookie - through a browser setting that basically disables the automatic placement of cookies. You can also disable conversion-tracking cookies by setting your browser so that cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain are blocked.


4. CONSENT, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OBJECTION

You can refuse the use of your data for the purpose of advertising, market research and user behavior at any time or withdraw your consent to the use of your data for the future. You can send us your objection to: email : profisound1@gmail.com If you receive advertising from us by e-mail, you can exercise your right to opt-out by clicking on the link provided in the e-mail and following the further instructions. Please understand if it takes some technical time for our system administrators to implement your withdrawal of consent and you still receive communications from us during this period.

When processing your personal data, you have the right to request information about the purposes of processing, the duration of storage, your rights, the origin of your personal data and the availability of automated decision-making. This information can be requested on a one-time basis without charge. Each subsequent request is subject to a fee.

You have the right to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data relating to you. You also have the right to request the erasure of your personal data concerning you if the processing of the data is not lawful and there are no legal obligations on our part.

You can request the transfer of your data that you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit personal data directly to a responsible person, as far as this is technically possible.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, Sofia 1592, "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov” No. 2, e-mail: kzld@cpdp.bg, if your privacy rights are violated.


5. CHANGES TO THIS PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION

We would always like to provide up-to-date offers to users in a timely manner and for this reason we need continuous feedback in order to better serve and understand the needs of our customers. In connection with this the need to update this information regarding personal data may arise. Therefore we recommend that you regularly inform yourself about possible changes to this site.


CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

Art. 112. (1) In case of non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract, the consumer has the right to file a claim, asking the seller to bring the goods into compliance with the sales contract. In this case, the consumer can choose between repairing the product or replacing it with a new one, unless this is impossible or the method of compensation chosen by him is disproportionate compared to the other.

(2) It is considered that a given method of compensation for the consumer is disproportionate if its use imposes costs on the seller which compared to the other method of compensation are unreasonable taking into account:


1. The value of the consumer goods, if there was no discrepancy;

2. The significance of the discrepancy;

3. The possibility to offer the user another way of compensation, which is not related to significant inconveniences for the user.

Art. 113. (1) (New - SG No. 18 of 2011) When the consumer goods do not conform to the sales contract, the seller is obliged to bring them into compliance with the sales contract.

(2) (Previous paragraph 1 - SG No. 18 of 2011) Bringing the consumer goods into compliance with the sales contract must be carried out within one month, counted from the submission of the claim by the consumer.

(3) (Previous para. 2, amended - SG No. 18 of 2011) After the expiration of the term under para. 2 the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and to be reimbursed the amount paid or to request a reduction in the price of the consumer goods according to Art. 114.

(4) (Previous paragraph 3 - SG No. 18 of 2011) Bringing the consumer goods into compliance with the sales contract is free of charge for the consumer. He does not owe the cost of shipping the consumer product or the materials and labor involved in repairing it and he should not suffer significant inconvenience.

(5) (Previous paragraph 4 - SG No. 18 of 2011) The user may also request compensation for the damages suffered as a result of the non-compliance.

Art. 114. (1) In case of non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract and when the consumer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint under Art. 113, he has the right to choose between one of the following options:

1. cancellation of the contract and refund of the amount paid by him;

2. reduction in price.


(2) The consumer cannot claim a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the goods when the merchant agrees to replace the consumer goods with a new one or to repair the goods within one month of the consumer's complaint.

(3) (New - SG No. 61 of 2014, in force from 25.07.2014) The merchant is obliged to satisfy a request for cancellation of the contract and to refund the amount paid by the consumer when, after having satisfied three complaints to the user by carrying out repairs of the same product, within the warranty period under Art. 115, there is a subsequent occurrence of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract.

(4) (Previous paragraph 3 – SG No. 61 of 2014, in force from 25.07.2014) The consumer cannot claim to cancel the contract if the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract is insignificant.


Art. 115. (1) The consumer may exercise his right under this section within a period of up to two years, counted from the delivery of the consumer goods.

(2) The term under para. 1 ceases to run during the time necessary for the repair or replacement of the consumer goods or for reaching an agreement between the seller and the consumer to resolve the dispute.
